wow now that was intense... im doing this challenge to get into the habit of doing pilates (pretty much) every day in 2024, I think this challenge will push me to establish that! I have been really enjoying this challenge so far, im proving to myself that I do have time to work out every day (otherwise I would scroll on social media anyways). also, I am using it to break my bad memories with workout challenges that I used to approach with a harmful for me mindset. I have been looking forward to these workouts for the past 3 days and it makes me happy <333

3/7 done!! thought this was gonna be fine cause it was only 10mins but phew it was super intense. although my abs were kinda sore before doing this, i pushed through! tysm <3

okay, so i missed a few days (remained somehow insanely active praise the Lord) but was mentally beating myself up bit for not being able to keep up the days dew to various reasons. so here i am 3-4 days later, committing to it again, picking up where i left off! however, these have been keeping me sore and worked out! haha thanks Lidia!
workout update: had to modify a bit, but so glad it was a short one! lol ready to knock out tomorrows!

3 out of 7 done! THIS WAS FRICKIN HARD LIDIA😱 Short but effective(cried a lot lol) so it doesn’t feel like it’s short while doing the exercises🥲🥲 MY LEGS ARE STRONGER THAN MY CORE I GUESS… LOVE YOU SO MUCH, HAVE A GREAT DAY💖

I had an op one month ago before that I was doing your workouts 5-days a week But I had to stop for 9 weeks now starting slowly going back to pilates with you and I am very happy this is what I need to go back on track without any danger Its crazy stuff I did before easy now its a challenge 😮❤😅

Hiii Lidia ! I’ve à question : How not to feel guilty about food? Your what I eat in a day are so cool, I need to eat to feel good in my day, to not be tired BUT the culture of restriction impact me a lot.
