fitness goal!!
- drink more water
- workout at least 3x a week
- take a walk everyday
- stop eating snacks/bored eating
- eat healthier food
- eat smaller portions
- become confident in my body!

Ive been doing these, 1 minute everyday on an empty stomach for three weeks and I went from 67 cm to 62 cm!! This works!! (I ate breakfast right after btw! I didn’t change my eating habits)
