DAY 3 HIIT IT HARDER CHALLENGE - pick up your dumbbells team - it's time to SWEAT! We have a 30 min Super Sweaty HIIT Workout. No Repeat, high-intensity exercises to get your heart rate up, burn calories and have fun!! Let's do it whoop whoop!

WORKOUT DETAILS
0:00 Warm Up: 5 MIN
5:24 No Repeat 20 MIN = 50 Sec Work, 10 Sec Rest
25:16 Cool-Down: 5 MIN

🏋🏼‍♀️ Equipment: Dumbbells (I'm using 2 x 4kg dumbbells for your reference)
If you don't own dumbbells, then grab two big water bottles or bottles of laundry detergent for the extra weight.

Please remember that we are all different and that you can make this your OWN workout... take a longer break when you need to.

Loving the challenge so far, the workout today was too short, could workout with Anna for hours!!! In the future could you do some ankle weight or kick boxing with light weight workouts!?

I really love your workouts! I've been doing them for years! Therer are so many of them! A whole variety to choose from! And I like that you do good stretching before and after the workouts...The risk of injury is so much smaller. Thank you for what you do! I feel good after I do your exercises!
