I've been doing your workouts for exactly a year now and while I'm now mostly on your "with weights" workout plan, workouts like these take me back to where I started, when everything was so hard and I wondered if I would ever stick with it long enough to be able to keep up and see results. As some one who has never had a consistent workout routine, you have made sticking to workouts fun, sweaty, and motivating. Hi Anna, I discovered your channel by chance, was searching for HIIT, and your channel came as a result. I'm so happy ít did! For many years I went to the gym and was doing a lot of exercises/classes with weights, without weights, working on everything, then I started to run outside, I loved it so much that I would only run, left the gym... Now I´m still running but just 2 or 3 times a week, sometimes I just walk, after covid it´s been a bit harder to get back on track. But with age, my body started to change I have 48 almost 49, and I thought I needed to do something more to prevent flacidity and weight gaining. And after searching I realized that with HIIT, even just with 30 min I could increase my metabolism, while toning. Thank god I found you! Your "classes" are short, fun, and intense! I LOVE IT. The playlist is amazing. Just started last Saturday, still not sticking 100%, with your pace, but I know I´ll get there, and I´m committed to me to do it. Thank you for being there! You deserve all good 🤗🥰
