⏱️ Duration: 30 minute workout + 4 minute cool down
🏋️♂️ Equipment: A non-slip workout mat
💪🏽 Dumbbell: For reference only, I’m using a 30 lb / 14 kg dumbbell
⏱️ Intervals: 30 seconds work followed by 20 seconds rest // 1 minute finisher (20/20/20, no rest between exercises)

The first surprise this morning was that the video was online very early for German time. The second fascinating thing was how many variations of burpees there really are, I hoped that would be it after the first burpees the Last one
but I underestimated Dan because he knows a lot of different types of burpies😱🙈
what a fascinating finale for the second week, thank you again for all your effort, ideas, creativity 👋👍🙌💪

Except for my dentist appointment, this was the most grueling 30 minutes of my week. I skipped the breaks in the early part, but needed the full 20 second breaks towards the end. How many varieties of burpees can one person endure?!. Sending thank$$ for what you do.

Thanks again Dan, these videos have been my cardio for a couple of years now. Didn’t think the 30s intervals would be hard but they were. FYI my 5 year old son does them with me, even if I am not doing it on a day he asks to do it by himself.

I’ve been doing your routines for a couple of weeks and finally subscribed today. Your workouts allow me to have a better workout than my own solo stuff that I do at the gym. The other benefit is I can do them in my living room.
