▸ Lower Body Burn 50 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Challenge 60 sec on
▸ Upper Body Burn 50 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Challenge 60 sec on
▸ Cardio 50 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Challenge 60 sec on
▸ Cool Down 30 sec on, 10 sec off

Usually the word “Killer” in the title of workouts is just hyperbole. But Anna wasn’t joking. This is 10/10 difficulty level. Don’t beat yourself up if you need to modify and take extra breaks. I’m not a beginner and I still couldn’t do it right along with Anna.

Just don’t quit! Finish it however you can. Listen to your body. Even if you complete the workout at 50% capacity, you’ve gotten in a HELL of a session!

Keep growing, keep going. 😅

This one was no joke to be honest I am drenched in sweat. I was out of breath and every of the three circuit was a challenge. I wasn't barely able to use my legs during those cursty lunges and jump squats omg. Thank you so so so much Anna !!!

When I started with the workout today, I wasn't motivated and felt like I had no energy left. But during the warm up part, it changed and now, after the workout, I feel much better than the whole day. Anyway, my legs are a little tired (I think the level of magnesium and other things are little low actually) but did it. And now it's time for a banana - shake. *give your body energy, if you want to keep on going*
