It's DAY 24 and it's time to get our hearts pumping and sweat dripping 💧 We've got another 30 min SUPER SWEATY HIIT WORKOUT! A home workout with no equipment, no talking and no-repeat exercises... no excuses team! Don't forget your towel to wipe up the puddle of sweat at the end!

Personally I love the warm up/stretch for the first few moves, it really helps get things going and certainly makes me feel like I can push myself more later on in the workout. Whew that was another doozy! How many sweat drops? I think I sweat enough for 2 people.

wow it felt like night and day with the first and second half of the workout! at first I was like...hmm where's the sweat at, and then BAM i was sweating like the Niagara falls.

Almost there😭 I'm so proud of myself. But I take a day rest between each day of the workouts and that works best for me mentally and physically. Three more days plus recovery stretches to go and I'm done to be off to another challange 🥳
