I loved this combination of both cardio and bodyweight strength exercises. I was looking for a cardio workout that was about 30 minutes long, and this one delivered! It worked the whole body. No idea how many calories I burned but it must have been a lot. This was great! Thank you for this workout, and I hope there will be more 30-minute workouts to come.
