I set a boundary with a narc today, pointing out subtle undermining and criticism . She denied it . I said with respect i would prefer not to engage with you but i will be courteous . I also pointed out that my perceptions are fine .
I now have drawn a line underneath it but unfortunately i see her each week which gives me a little anxiety .

Short answer is you can’t set boundaries with a narcissist.You can’t make people respect you but you can speak your mind and defend yourself if you have to.💯
