I am obese and I need something to get me started that doesn't require lunges and squats . . . I think this workout is a perfect starting place!!

i decide to give this a try because i know I'm so out of shape. been doing more hiking and wanna do overnight but it just kills me cause we only go every 2 weeks. so did this for the first time and i am a ball of sweat and out of breath, yup out of shape, but this was so easy to follow, will be doing this everyday till it becomes easy to do. lol
