Just fantastic... I have been doing regular 1-hour workouts in gym since more than one year now, but doing this 15-minute walking exercise since last one week, I am getting more good results. My body is more toned, even my tummy bloating is less now, its more toned. I am feeling lighter (after initial body aches of course). Thank you, Lucy for sharing this with us. In future, i will be trying more of your exercises, but right now i am just in love with this one...

I love this workout! I have 40% burns and I've just had a total thyroidectomy due to thyroid cancer. I just had to tell you that love doing this workout. It's easy enough on my skin grafts and burns injuries but still works the muscles underneath, I love the count down, I love that there's no jumping and no thumping loud music while still getting the heart rate up and causing a sweat. Thank you for posting this and I promise that I am going to do this everyday! k

Started doing this since last year when i decided to lose weight, together with 5 mins planking and diet plus sit ups/ push up and really shed 30 kg for 1 year. And thanks to you i still maintain my figure. Still doing this exercise to keep me fit.

I havenr done any training for over a year due to knee problems and torn trap muscles, I am so glad I found you, so many different simple videos for every part of your body This one is a nice workout to start with .I am literally sweating, fabulous xx

After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I totally did a whole life change. I've been eating way healthier - no carbs, no sugar, limited sodium, lots of veggies and some fruit. I've also started exercising. I've been doing mostly walking videos but after a while they get boring so I search for other videos. Came across yours and I love how you do toning as part of the workout and how you do the freestyle so we choose. The 30 second count downs make working out seem to go faster as well, and your awesome accent is just pleasing. Who needs music with that voice? LOL! Thanks for making health videos. Please don't stop!!

Thank you @Lucy for providing these workouts. I started doing it 2 weeks ago and discovered you on youtube. I finished my 7 day leg challenge and realized that I hadn't measured my legs. I do see a difference. Less cellulite and more toned legs/thighs. I can't wait to do this workout.

Well Lucy, you believe in us, and I believe in you. After 3 months doing your amazing video exercises, I have to say I feel great, I lost fat on my back, around my arms and I can see my waist! I am at an age where you no longer think it is possible. But it was possible thanks to you. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and for your kind encouragements. You are so sweet. I like how you present your videos and how you make those exercises doable. I have fun doing them :)

Love you so much! Your an awsome trainer and the fact i can be trained online for free is just amazing! When I first found you and tried this out I was in LOVE! Every morning I would go for a walk then come home and do these workouts! I've started a year ago and am in shape! My first month of doing your workouts, I lost 2 inches of belly fat! I stand proud at 87 pounds!
