Welcome to this Wham! walking workout. If you love the 80's and feel good hits, this workout will be right up your street. It's only 10 minutes and we're smashing 1500 steps.

If you're new to my workouts, these workouts are designed to help you achieve your step goal from the comfort of your own home.
We keep it fun, safe on your joints and low impact.
Don't worry about getting any of the steps correct, it's not about that, it's about getting moving, enjoying the music and loving the process.

It doesn't matter what generation you're from this is the type of music that people just keep coming back to! I was born in 2000 and I thank my parents for blasting 80s music everyday! What a decade!! Sure technology is great these days but you can't beat the 80s when it comes to music, you just can't! Now if technology would only build a time machine! Thanks Rick I loved this! Keep the 80s vibes coming!
