Just wanted to let you know I just came from my Dr. I lost 16 lbs doing your various chair workouts. I have Spina Bifida & am losing my mobility but these workouts keep me active. I get up every morning excited to do my workout!! THANK YOU!!

I’ve currently got an ankle injury and rely on working out for my depression and general health and wellbeing so I’m very pleased I found ur channel. I injured my foot so I decided to try some seated cardio while it’s healing! I thought this doesn’t seem hard but man this was killer, and I’ve been doing cardio workouts for over 10 years! Thank you for this!

Wow. I'm British. I live in Scotland. It's January, mid-pandemic, and I'm recovering from foot surgery. Thanks, Caroline. This genuinely made me feel better. I'm dealing with some neurological/balance issues and it is hard for me to walk, let alone exercise. When I stand I feel like I'm going to fall down. Though I wasn't able to do all the exercises, the ones I did do really felt good and stretched me out without having to be standing etc. I used to be pretty active before I got so sick so I am glad about the exercises. I'll try to do some of your exercise daily or every other day. Thanks.
