I am 63 year old Male living with Parkinsons disease since 2007. . I have tried a lot of exercises but balance is a major problem for me . This chair exercise workout is perfect for me . I can go at my own pace and endurance . Sleep, exercise and eating healthy are key for PD patients . The best part I don't have to leave my home . I had already lost 30 lbs by changing my eating habits and walking 4km a day for 5 months . However my abdominal area has been difficult to loss inches and I still had a jelly bouncy belly area . This workout is great for me . Today is day one . And I am all in for this journey . Love this workout .

Challenging! Good variety of moves. Heart rate up and sweaty. Feel really good at completing. Watching to brace abs and keep back straight. Had to watch speed and did one set with no weight. Thanks for these excellent workouts.

I found your exercise online and feel it could be a great start for my daughter and I she is far away from me in the US and I am in Canada. We both need to lose weight many years ago. My daughter was hit by a semi and has struggled with her weight as have I!
We were unable to find the hidden pain. She struggled with, but the doctors in the US were able to find one of the problems and one of her legs at the knee had to be amputated with the complications. She gained a lot of weight which makes balancing extremely hard. I am a late night eater and have over 60 pounds myself to lose so today my daughter and I agreed to work together and challenge each other to a healthier life!

I've done a lot of chair workouts through the years due to knee issues. I found yiu while recovering from surgery. I'm so happy to get a sweat on while recovering. Thank you! I live all your chair workouts. I'll keep them in my rotation even after I'm healed. More please. :-)

It's 3am but I'm starting this tomorrow, just have to make a few modifications. Just what I've been looking for. Been seeing lots of these that are apps that charge monthly and I couldn't do that, waiting on disability to get approved. So very thankful for this!!! 🎉🎉🎉

I have a trimalleour ankle break, won't be walking for another 3-4 months. This workout is the best i've found so far, and trust me - i've watched tons now!! lol Thank you for making this, and also for including the stretches at the end, this was really nice. I feel more energized and happier already! :)
