I love Paul Eugene's seated work out videos. I'm 59 years old with a severely damaged knee that will be replaced in December, in the meanwhile this has been wonderful for me I use 3 videos 90mins a day. Thanks Mr.Eugene

I came across your channel by accident or maybe it was meant for me. I have been enjoying it ever since. I do the seated and wow, what a workout. You offer so much variety and what a sweet spirit you have. You always do stretches at the end and I love that. I’m trying various ones, yoga, strength and so much more. Thank You. Hi Paul I worked out today watching your videos I did two videos wow it’s fun I haven’t worked out in so long I used to do the billy blanks kick boxing . Can’t do that now because of my knee . Thank you so very much for bringing these videos to us at least for some of us who isn’t that mobile can still worked it’s fun . And you so cheerful it’s very entertaining and fun you gave us motivation to exercise.

Thanks Paul, loved this one too! I rested ALL day off n on not knowing a new workout was waiting for me this morning lol. I had all the energy in the world to get through this one and keep up with u. Did you just have a birthday? HAPPY BELATED!!! Mine is this Sunday. Will be blessed with 41 years. Thank u Jesus!!! Im so grateful for all activity of my limbs and I will continue to use them while I can. I loved the chair burpee jacks! That was alot of FUNNN!! lol Keep the workouts comin.
