This is my second routine, it has helped me lots with my finger’s arthritis. When I punch 🤜🏻 I “through” my fingers away and it has helped with the pain in my knuckles. Thank you again.

My legs don't carry my weight, so any exercise that doesn't involve standing or full planks etc is excellent!

This was really good! My arms were hurting during the warm up and I did start to sweat. I'll try the 30 minute routine. This involves a lot of core, which is good!!!! Thanks so much for these videos.

Ty so much for these. I broke my foot the other day and I was searching for as many exercises as i can still do so i keep progressing, at least not lose much progress, towards my goals.

I have Spina Bifida, and Scoliosis. So, there are some moves that I cannot do. However, if there is a move that I cannot do, I just repeat the same move, until you perform one that I can do. That way I am still moving. By the way, I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS! I do them EVERYDAY.
