I love this episode! I relate to the question and the advice is so sound and ‘doable’.

Hey Dan, this might be not related to this video but I figured this is the first place you'll see it. I watched an interview you had with jujimufu and in one segment you mention an etymological relationship between "coffee" and "Yahweh." Is there anything you'd recommend to read to learn more about this? I was very happy to learn that you are a theologian on top of being a strength training expert, since these two things are also interests of mine. I can go as far as to say that I look up to you in many ways!

Coach I know you have a ton of experience with being a busy person and trying to maintain fitness but I'd like to add my experience too.

As coach said get a home gym. When I'm on a ship I work out instead of eating a meal or sleep. When I am on shore I work out at 5:00 a.m..

I prefer kettlebells now but I used to also do this with barbells. Use a timer. And give yourself grace. As an active duty father of four you just do what you can with what you have.
