This pilates style abs workout is perfect to shape your waist and make your abs pop out.♥︎ These exercises target your core muscles, side abs, upper abs and lower abs. Let's meet on the mat!

▪️ Intensity: Medium

▪️ Recommendations:
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.

Thank you for posting these amazing workouts, Eylem! But can you post them on the previous day or early in the morning because I think there are some people who prefer working out in the morning or the afternoon and it’d be better for them. ❤️

Ok recording my progress but this is like one of my last workouts so bear with me!😭
Day 1✅: Didn’t put my best effort had to stop early for a lot of them.
Day 2✅: Ok I definitely felt the burn today, I also had to stop for the planks and bears.
3 day break srry😕-Chat, I have horrible muscle fatigue so I have to take a break RN. 😞
Day 3✅: Felt good was pretty swift but those planks and bear things…😒
Day 4✅:Doneeee
Day 5✅:Lifts hurt my neck🙂
Day 6✅:A little easier 🫣

Amazing ab workout!! Usualy Pilates don’t kill me but this time I was dying the whole time I loved knowing it’s actually working! Only question I have is why did you do the cross hold and lift for the left side but not the right side
