Hiii

So happy you’re here :) welcome to DAY 1 of the 14 DAY pilates valentines day workout challenge!! I am so excited to be doing a little challenge where we can all do it together and feel our most energised, happy and confident by the end of it!

How the challenge works: I will be posting 7 workouts and then on day 8, you start again with this workout, so day 1!

Your channel is so underrated. These workouts are the perf level of difficulty for me and I'm already seeing results in less than a week. Also your videos just feel so raw and real, no studio or boring white backdrop, just nature and authenticity. I truly adore everything you do for us, Lidia!

I loved it! Super excited for this challenge 🧡 but pls think about putting this little signal not only at the beginning of the exercise but also at the end, would be super helpful to know when the exercise stops ❤

Just finished this for day 1. I never thought that this is gonna be this hard. And i really sweat a lot. It looks so easy not until you do it. Will definitely continue thissss

Did the challenge and thought I would share my thoughts during it.

Day 1: My abs are burning and I feel like I’m gonna throw up and my legs are tired. I genuinely feel sick and should not have you cereal before working out plus my hamstring hurts.

Day 2: Easier than day one. My arms hurt slightly, but it was pretty good. The first three workouts, though were kind of tough.

Day 3: Got tough after the core parts and the glute parts at the beginning were even tougher but all in all a good workout. Can’t remember the last time I did push ups and reminded me that I love crunches.

Day 4: Felt like a good leg stretch, was pretty good though ngl. Short and easy workout.

Day 5: It was tough but good. However I dont feel like anything is getting easier although its also like only day 5 but I feel no improvement from my stretches or workout.

Day 6: My abs are not burning and the exercises were quite alright but there were some exercises I really liked in here.

I had done Day 7 but can’t remember how I felt so it’s up to y’all to figure that one out sry! All in all it was a pretty good workout and definitely would be beneficial if done long term!

Just finished day 1, i loved it!! If i did it, you can do it too!! And we can finish the challenge, because we are strong, we are capable, we beautiful and we are enough 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Guys, I've just finished this workout and when I tell you I could feel my abs burn you have to believe me! I absolutely love it and I will definitely do this more often. Thank you, Lidia.

redoing this challenge for april, challenging myself to do it for 2 weeks!
here are my beginning stats:
waist- 78 cm
lower belly- 88 cm
hips- 104 cm
will update at the end of each week

day 1: was so good genuinely felt the burn
day 2: the arm workout felt really good!
day 3: loved the fully body had a few breaks in between due to some unforeseen circumstances

I haven’t worked my body out in 3 years and this absolutely killed me! the planks were really killin my arms and tummy! Can’t wait to this whole thing and see results!

Started today im so excited for the results gonna be writing my journey here so i can look back and realise how i feel day by day and maybe itll help other people to start also english is not my native language sorry about bad grammer (weight: 57 kg height: 166 cm)
🎷DAY-1 i thought its just 10 minutes it will be easy anndd it wasnt but im feeling strong now glad that i did it
🎷DAY-2 normally i tend to quit everything but these workouts are really short todays workout was 6 mins so i did it🥳🥳 it wasnt hard for me but i definetly felt my arms
🎷DAY-3 girl that was hard and there were no breaks but slayed it anywayss
🎷DAY-4 well my day was awful i literally did nothing but did the workout im feeling exhausted mentally. I cant even be proud of myself for doing the workout but its okay some days are like this🤡
🎷DAY-5 it was very hard for me because i did it in the morning and i was hungry also im seeing results bicthess my body feels tighter🥳🥳

🎷DAY-7 did the workout and it worked my entire body but im really upset today i live in turkey and an earthquake occurred in 10 cities so many people died there i was in denile mod for few days but today i feel so bad cause i can just donate money but i cant help them personally im sitting in my warm home and living my life while theyre having really bad times so i feell very guilty and sad please pray for them
🎷DAY-8 now im gonna do the 7 workouts again starting with today😻

UPDATE: heyy so i skipped a day i did yoga that day and i decided to do different routine because after a week i started to feel stronger but on the next week doing the same workouts didnt feel right because my body became a little bit stronger so i think i should do more difficult workouts to achieve something also about first week i didint lose weight beacuse i ate the same or more i guess but i definetly gain musle thats it thanks for supporting me with likes i hope you can succeed your goals<3

I LOVED THIS WORKOUT!!! I felt the burn instantly; I feel like this will be the first challenge that I actually completely finish and follow.

I am going to do this challenge and I will keep you updated:

Day 1: I completed the first day, it was hard especially the Planck exercises but I can feel the burn which is perfect! For now, no changes in my body of course.

Day 2: i accidentally did the third day video instead of the second, but I completed it tomorrow i will be doing the second day video. No changes for now and it was not that difficult.

Day 3: completed the third day workout. The excercises are becoming easier, but i can't see any visible changes in my body.

Day 4: completed.

Day 5: completed and i have started to see result.

Day 6: completed and the results are even more evident.
