This is one of my all time favourite butt lifting and toning pilates workouts! Join me on the mat for 7 minutes of booty bridging pilates goodness! You don't need any equipment for this one, but if you want to take your results to the next level try adding a booty band and keeping in tension during your bridges. With these focussed pilates workouts your technique is super important to make sure you are targeting the right muscles (in this case your butt).

Remember to:
- exhale as you lift to engage your abs and keep your back straight
- push through your heels so you really feel it in your butt (not your thighs)
