I’ve been doing these exercises for about 5 weeks. Before this I had pain in my lower back which went round to my hips. I had x.ray and doctor was no help, since doing these exercises, the pain has virtually gone. I am so happy I’ve found your you tube channel. I’ve been telling everyone how great your exercises are. Thank you

15 months of debilitating back pain. 3 months of strength training (marginal pain reduction). 25 days of this super easy routine and now 90% improvement. Cannot explain it. Cannot thank you enough.

Jessica. I just want to commend you for this video. Starting from when I was 20 I had low back pain, being caused by hyper-mobility. Every morning when I woke up and had pain I did this before work and felt 100% better. 3 years on I still do this workout and it’s amazing. Thank you 🙏🏻

This is definitely my go-to daily routine to help with my back problems. Seems easy but helps tremendously. I warmly recommend to anyone having back pains.

I just completed another video of yours, I've been doing your workouts for a couple of years(since COVID began) and you mentioned how you talk a lot and that is just your way, PLEASE DON'T EVER STOP! I love the talking, it makes it feel even more fun and casual as we workout! I truly appreciate it and I bet a lot of others do too.

In all the Pilates videos I’ve watched and classes I’ve done, no instructor has ever mentioned a fusion surgery specifically. It’s also great to know you’ve actually had abdominal surgeries. Thank you so much for the strategic exercises and for your expertise.

This really works! I tried to stretch out my lower back pain but of course I didn't know what I was doing. I've been following this routine for almost a week, and the pain was gone after just a few days. I'm so glad I found this video. Thank you, Jessica!

Jessica you are a life saver! I came across your channel last year and your videos were brilliant when I was trying to get back into fitness after a period of losing my mojo. I managed to build it back pretty quickly and was able to run in a half marathon after 3 years since my last. I noted your channel as a resource for when I'd be getting hyrestectomy, when a surgery slot came available in March out of the blue so I took it. I wish I had remembered your channel sooner as since then I have struggled with my recovery in so many respects, got no info about physio or how to go about managing my recovery to allow for my previous level of fitness. I went from high level to absolututely nothing for 2 months - everything atrophied and I've developed acute lower back pain which I'm only getting physio for now. This little routine has gone a long way to reassuring me that it might be possible to recover, I'm not destined to a life with chronic back pain or never being able to run again - thank you so much for your channel and your wisdom!!!!

Thank you so much. My back pain is excruciating at times. I realize the older I get the more I need the stretch and excercise. I got up off the floor without the tugging of excruciating pain. Bless you.

I'm so glad I found you! Many of the exercises in your videos are what my PT has me doing after having both hips replaced (and I have disc issues in my lower back). It's so much easier and more motivating to do my PT at home along with your videos so thank you!!

I love this video so much. Thank you for simplifying these movements for us. It’s nice that you start with the simplest versions first and then show the more advanced modifications instead of the other way around. When I did this video for the first time years ago, it only took 9 days for my lower back pain to go away. Now, I come back to this video as more of a maintenance practice. Thank you so much for your channel! ❤

Thank you for this. My doctor recommended Pilates to help with back pain following muscle damage and trapped nerves. You have a very relaxed and supportive manner and I love the way you offer alternative approaches depending on ability same comfort. I'm only on my second day, but I fully intend to continue and then to broaden out with more of your videos. Thank you!

I really like this short video for the back. I have had continual back pain for decades now and find that these have been a big help for me. I have incorporated these into my daily routine. I doubt my back will ever not hurt, but these exercises make it easier for me to get through my day. When the pain wakes me up I get up and do them as well. Moving is much better than not moving and trying to hold the pain in. Thanks and for all the other videos Jessica has.
