second to last excercise killed me. I've always knew my front chest muscles (?) were tight and this was the reason it always felt so hard to have a good posture, but I never could find exercises that actually targetted them like this one did. Almost cried for the pain, thank you so much

As a Special-needs mom I carry a lot of stress and tension with the surprise emergency room visits and near death situation’s. That exercise at 8:51 is very intense. I usually do these with my arms spread wide but never did it like you before. Awesome and so helpful
