@ToneItUpcom I've heard one should avoid milk products at all because they are causing cellulite, did you hear about that? And what are your thoughts on that?

Sarah-- we agree!! We would rather eat 20 more calories and get lean protein than to have high fructose corn syrup and chemicals in the fake sugar. It's a little more expensive... but the cost of your health and not developing cancers and living healthfully may be worth that extra 50c :) I also notice if I have a yogurt with 13 sugars or more I am hungry sooner because of the spike in blood sugar levels and insulin.

i got your vegetarian diet program and was wondering what about fruity greek yogurts such as blueberry or apple...often I cannot fit the regular greek yogurt with fruits so i get one which has fruits in it already...does it still count as a healthy mid morning snack?

@thegoldrevlon after! taking in aprotein & carb post workout kickstarts and fuels the repair process :) otherwise your body will break down healthy tissue in order to repair from the exercise (a state of metabolism called "catabolic")

I love greek yogurt! Especially when its organic and I put granola and honey on it with blackberries or strawberries! It keeps you full and makes you feel so clean and fresh! :)

Tried Kombucha cuz of you girls, it was good, it is a REQUIRED TASTE. If you don't like vinegar, which most people don't, don't buy it until you try it in the store( yes, I went into Whole Foods( Trader Joe's doesn't have it ), and asked the guy which flavor was most popular and he let me try it before I bought it. ) I'm not entirely sure how much you should drink a day, but because of the weird chemicals it's probably best to drink a few oz a day. Right?

I love your videos! I'm also a fan of greek yogurt. Liberte' (Canadian company that is available at Publix) has a great Date and Fig flavor. So yummy! 130 calories, 0 % fat, 11 grams protein, and 15% calcium. Plenty of fig chunks and really sweet from the dates. Add some walnuts, toasted wheat germ, or Fiber One Bran Buds for crunch. :)

Fage yogurt is the best. It's the only yogurt we eat. I buy the 35 ounce container at Costco. I also use it in place of mayo and sour cream.

Greek Yogurt often contains more protein, and make sure it does not contain HFCS, Aspartame, Excess Sugar, Phetokylonics, (Sorry if im spelling these wrong) Bottom linethe more ingrediants that you do not understand the higher the chanch you need to eat in moderation or not eat that food.
