Early Morning - Drink 1 liter of warm water

Cautious approach needed both with diet and lifestyle to prevent from becoming a lifelong diabetic!! I have learnt it the hard way my fasting blood sugar used to be 102 mg/dL but I was eating high sugar carb food regularly which raised my fasting blood sugar to 119.6 mg/dl now I have taking steps to get my blood sugar levels back to normal preferably below 100 mg/DL since I'm pre-diabetic if I don't exercise caution it could become diabetes soon which I don't want to become!! I also have insomnia problem it too has to be fixed since not sleeping properly increases risk of becoming diabetic
