Ive been trying to find good exercises but some of them are impossible to do because of the pain. Will definitely try these out and hope that they will eventually help me with my problem . So you recommend not side sleeping? I assume back sleeping is best then?

Never thought about it but I always lay on my side in bed, I bet thats a huge factor for me also.

LOVE that you mention relative rest and that doing a movement (nerve glide) could potentially flare up pain so go slow. Thank you for being thorough and honest.

I've had this sort of pain on and off for years! The most annoying thing is I've done all the stretching, seen multiple practitioners from various disciplines and it still persists! Ultrasound, MRI, xrays you name it and nothing shows up. So I'm 46 and basically have to accept it.

Great video and info but it would help a lot to not talk so fast and not run sentences together. 😂

I've been having pain in both sides of hips and buttocks. Feels like a muscular pain. MRI shows I have spinal stenosis ins L3/4. The neurosurgeons recommend surgery, even neurologist I see. But it feels like something muscular. I walk with a walker and I use all my might to endure the intense pain. Is there a test to rule out muscular. I had surgery two years ago in L/4/5 and pain was and still is gone. I do have periphial neuropathy. in my left calf and top of foot. I did sustain a fall from a high taxi and fell on my butt and that's when the pain started. First in front of tighs and now that disappeared and now on both sides of hips and under buttocks. Pain is horrible. No. 10

I've been experiencing this for almost a month now this is my first time having this kind of pain on my left buttocks, im 24 years old, My guess is the reason why i got this because i overworked myself, have been lifting heavy objects and going up and down on stairs. Now its really painful when i walk or bow down. Hope your video helps me. Thanks a lot

Sor i had an accident where my butt and hip nerve are damange. It has been 6 month ongoing i am on bed rest and i am seeing some improvent and better from the previous month. When i press my upper buttock with finger and goes deep down i feel some sort of pain like pressing the place where it hurts. On the start of the injury i was having heaviness in my hip and after those period sometimes i feel a very light burning sensation. But it remain only for 2 or 3 days after some sort of particular movement in which it need to rotate my hip.Earlier i was having muscle twitching in some random spot of my left leg but now it has lessen and it only in my toes. I just want to know that if my symptom are improving by the ongoing treatment does it mean that it requires more time to become normal and stable. Please let me know your advice would be kindly apppericiated.Thank you❤️❤️

Thank you for a great video. Straight forward, clear and easy to understand. Question: you provide information on sets and reps and how many days per week. How many weeks should I continue these stretches and exercises before I will see results or know these are not working for me? I know everyone is different but would like a guideline so I don’t give up to soon. Thank you - I currently cannot sit more than 10 minutes without significant pain coming on. Since I have a desk job this is a big problem. I also try to stand and work but the pain comes on slower but stills gets bad within an hour of standing.
