Tried it, it worked. I fell several years ago. Someone left water on the floor and I came along and slipped, I have had so many problems since then. I was desperate and was looking for something, I ran across your video. It really helped. Will continue these stretches.

Dr. Rowe, My chiropractor used an electric massager with very strong vibration on my lower back that provoked me BUTTOCK PAIN . I got in the car drove home and 10 minutes after getting out of his office I was in PAIN. I didn't have this before seeing him. It's been a week and I haven't been able to stand for more than 10 min without having to RUN TO A CHAIR. I am getting ready to start these exercises with you. Why would someome dislike a video like this? I don't get Thank you and keep sharing your videos. You are an angel for people like me .. I can't afford paying for therapy sometimes when my insurance is rejected. GOD BLESS

That 2nd stretch really helped me. I've been doing other stretches every day for at least 15 min. With little relief. Right after doing your stretches, I had relief for almost the whole day. Thank u!

Reading these comments it seems like you truly helped a lot of people, myself included. I currently have Covid and have been locked away in my room contained to my bed for the most part and started having pain after the 3rd day. People need to also understand overstretching the piriformis muscle is a thing and this may cause adverse effects for people with piriformis syndrome. More strengthening and very light stretching.

WOW ! ! ! The second stretch helped me get really into that buttock pain that won’t allow me to sleep. It felt amazing feeling the tension go as I stretched deep into the pain. Such a big sense of relief. I will continue to your stretches in order to help my pain. I just found out it was piroformis syndrome after almost 6 months of pain. No meds can take away what stretches can do. It’s painful but worth it. Thank you, DR. ❤️

Hi Dr Rowe, yesterday I made a comment asking you about a lost video and exercise. This is it, the stretch
that you are demonstrating 2.40 to 4.40 is the one that has given me freedom from a lifetime sentence
of pain/ache. It really has changed my life = thank you very much. For anybody else suffering chronic
lower back and hip pain this is the best one to try in my humble opinion, for me it works every time without fail.
