No pain in my life has matched that muscle under the glute, literally like being cut in half. The figure 4 stretch saved me. I couldn’t have went another day. The angel in the er who did it, I’ll never forget.

All your videos are immensely helpful.! I tweaked my lower back left side, putting lifters under a large bed without a helper. These exercises I find very helpful. The last one felt like a great strengthener but it felt I was over constricting what I had just loosened up in the preceding exercises. Every situation is unique for sure. Thanks again for your contribution to humanity, it's real.
