Holy sh*t ….. I have been suffering with sciatica and piriformis pain for over seven years, therapy, injections, acupuncture, medication. Nothing seemed to really help but these exercises which they never really did in therapy actually helped me to feel better within the first time running through this. I’m hoping it’s going to be more permanent but we will see. I actually feel a good blood flow/stretch sensation in my legs and lower back, I can’t thank you enough.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I did your excercise 8 months ago..worked beautifully.
Now my buttocks acted up and searched your video on that..

I have trouble doing the’ next level’ exercises. The other ones I already do. Eighteen months ago, before my injury I could do anything I wanted. After injury, I could not even put my socks or shoes on. My physiotherapist just told me I’m free to try what I want to try.
Thank you. I will add the ‘next level’ ones to my morning stretching routine before I get out of bed. They do help. I ‘plan’ to go hiking in the bush this summer.

Thank you and thank you a 1, 000 times. I have endured horrific pain for 3 months with doctors telling me I have arthritis (without investigation) when I knew it was the muscles.After months of suffering I googled my symptoms (despite the doctors saying don't use doctor Google) and realised my intincts were right. I hopped on to youtube and typed the words butt pain and chose you and did the exercises you suggested and have woken up a brand new woman ready to get back on track and on with my life, thanks to you !

🙏💪Dr. Rowe. About a month ago my healing started with this video. Each day I picked one of your videos. Also adjusted my diet, supplements and cardio. Today marks the day that I am fully painfree!!!! And my brain is kicked into a calm state 😊 So happy perseverance still pays off in today's world.

Love your videos! Recently diagnosed with mild scoliosis and am under chiropractic care, which has helped tremendously. The figure 4 exercises help me the the most with my stubborn pirifomis and hamstring issues.

I found your site while searching for tinnitus help. I have had tinnitus since I had a severe head injury when I was 8 years old. That was 52 years ago. I have severe tinnitus and memory problems as well

Ok… you are doing things for me that no one has ever done. And that is *really* saying something. I am scheduled to get a second lower lumbar injection tomorrow because my first ones a month and a half ago didn’t work, but now I almost feel as if I don’t need the shot tomorrow. Wow.
