Liked this workout! Tried a different dance workout first but got frustrated from getting lost. Anna was great at explaining everything and how to do the moves correctly.

This was great ! I loved it ! For those who want more intensity, use ankle weights the whole workout + dumbbells for the standing exercises.
15mn was perfect for me as I did a 30mn full body workout just before but just like Anna suggested you can do the whole workout twice or thrice.
Anyways, I did love it and it was exactly what I was looking for ! Thank you Anna Victoria, I'll definitely be looking for more of your workouts !
