1.Elevated lunges 8reps + 10 pulse lunges x 3
2. Lateral squats 8 reps + 8 pulses x3
3. Sumo squats 15 reps x 3
4. Pause RDLs 6 reps/ 3 sec pause X3
5. Curtsy lunges 8reps x3 (each leg)

I deleted ig and TikTok at the end of Summer. The only real social media I have is YouTube, and honestly I’ve been pretty sad/empty lately. Like I only use YouTube for info videos like video essays. I try to stay away from shorts, but god that little dopamine hit just calls out to me. I’m pretty A-social and feel super overstimulated if I talk to people for more than a few hours. My socialization comes from school, my internship, and hanging out with friends every now and then. Thing is, taking a step back from social media and focusing on myself has really been a slap in the face. Seeing my friends obsess over the smallest things and give in to consumerism is just so depressing. At the same time, I want to be like that too. Fomo is real. I live in a pretty small town everyone knows everything, and social media has just made that part ten times worse. Everyone is so desensitized to the world around them and keep to their bubble on the internet. I was like that too up until a few months ago, and I still am. I’ve been trying to take a step back from the “everything is about me” perspective and go out of my way to meet other people. It’s so sweet listening to people’s stories just while sitting with them at the bus stop. Idk I lost my train of thought and don’t remember the point I was trying to make; it’s just crazy ig
