I woke up this morning, felt like you know, then was like, let me do some leg workouts. I did the entire workout and noticed my calves are noticeable 'cause I was recording, and it's something I did not know myself prior.

у меня (побольше (трицепс)) но я спокойный как (ка) меня трудно разозлить, а еси разозлили то все (пипец, сливает ;воду) я бил у него аж ноги поднимались при подению на землю, я это помню.

The calf exercise is pointless, the stretch is not deep, your resting between every rep!
