Full Workout:
Sumo squats- 4x12
RDLs- 4x12
Goblet squats- 4x12
Lunges- 3x12 each leg
Split squats- 3x12 each leg
Calf raises- 4x15

I would do lunges and split squats as one of the first exercises as these are harder then the rest

Great workout!! If anyone is wondering how often to do this, I do it 2 times per week (I don't have a gym to go to), Wednesday and Saturday. After 3 weeks, try to up the weight or do more reps with less rest time, for max gains!!
