ONE PAN SHEET PANCAKES
Ingredients
150g rolled oats (or oat flour)
50g self-raising flour
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
6 eggs
500g yoghurt
vanilla
sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, maple syrup)
Optional:
chocolate chips
fruits
MINI TUNA PIZZAS
Ingredients
Mini pizza bases (you can also use Pita Bread or even mini wraps)
Pizza sauce
Canned tuna or Canned salmon
Red onion
Cherry tomatoes
Cheese
ITALIAN STYLE ONE PAN BAKED PASTA
Ingredients
4 links of sausages of choice
1/2 small diced onion (red or brown)
1 tbsp Minced garlic
Drizzle of oil
250g uncooked pasta
1 can diced tomatoes with the juice (400g)
100g Shredded cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
300ml heavy cream/ thickened cream (1 cup)
250ml low-sodium chicken stock
50ml hot water
