It's time to switch things up a bit with today's FULL BODY PILATES Fusion. We have a series of Pilates inspired exercises to get through today, all of which are absolutely amazing for developing range of motion, flexibility strength and of course that balance. No weights needed so just roll out that mat and follow along! #HR12WEEK #homeworkout

Finally, after years, I gather the courage to make a comment, due to my uncertain English, I've been following you for about 5 years, and I can't believe it that for 5 days a week, in the evening after work I'm happy at the idea of jumping and sweat. I always feel like if I'm not killing myself with heavy weights or hiit workouts, then it's not really enough, and in the past I've skipped your workouts that seemed "too easy" to me. But I did this workout today and it was mellow and tough at the same time. Thanks for always mixing it up - I'm sticking to this whole 12 weeks this time and am enjoying the process!

Great way to finish week 5. It was way more challenging than what I thought but excellent. Heather you move and flow through these positions with such grace making them look effortless. I've been in this program for almost 5 weeks now and I'm so proud of myself! The workout sessions are amazing and have helped me so much!. Every day 7 am I'm on the mat working out. Thanks and regards from Chile!

Completed week 5. I feel wonderful.I have not seen any amazing results in my body, but happy with myself because I have stay with the commitment to exercise 5 days a week.

Heather! I’ve been doing your workouts for years now and this is by far my favorite workout ever! I used to do barre and love going to class and doing these workouts than lifting weights! Please keep doing these type of workouts! Fun and challenging! ❤❤❤

This was absolutely what we needed and it felt amazing to stretch and bend without weights in my bare feet. I did it outside as well because the sun showed up today. Thank you HR you grant us these lovely gifts and we are grateful. Way to go team 4.0 wk 5 done

Those Oblique Crunches! Wow! After each Crunch my leg just wanted to go to the floor and not horizontally out to the side. Somehow the 2nd round was better. Thank you Heather, for making me fitter and stronger than ever.
