This 24 minute yoga nidra has gentle rain sounds and wildlife to help your deep relaxation through the effortless guided meditation called yogic sleep. It’s a meditation technique called yoga nidra in which you lay down and listen and an effortless deep relaxation arises from the guidance. This is definitely one of my favorites. I would love to see a body scan that really focuses on the facial muscles as well as the "left brain, right side body and right brain, left side body" exercise.

This is my favourite one, I just love it and do it most days.
In all your routines, session you speak just right. Over the years I have found some people speak to fast and I can't keep up to follow them or they speak to slow and I lose interest. You have a wonderful tone and pace. Thank you 🙏😇
