This total abs workout works your upper abs, lower abs, core, and obliques. We've said it before and we will say it again, abs are made in the kitchen but pair eating clean with abs workouts and you are on your way to getting some killer abs.

By watching your videos, one thing I've learned rather quickly is that it's not about the amount of reps that truly matters; it's the quality and consistency of each rep that counts. When you can feel the burn in your muscles that's when you know you're doing it right. Thanks for posting these workouts! I know not talking throughout the workout is a good thing but maybe you could do a video focusing on form instruction for some of these exercises? You have great form and that seems to be key from my experience!
