These are the takeaway notes if anyone need it (IT IS RECOMMENDED TO WATCH THE VIDEO FIRST):-

Ways to progress in calisthenics:-

*Eccentric training:-
1. used for building up strength for a specific exercise.
2. high intensity training.
3. Mix eccentric training with easier progression.

*Progression training:-
1. used for taking a skill to a perfect level.
2. this is done by changing up lever.
there are two ways to change the lever
1. changing the angle of the exercise (like changing from vertical position to horizontal or vice versa).
2. by tucking or extending the body (like in human lever)

*Unilateral training:-
1. done by using one side of the body (like one arm pushups).
2. use archer movements to achieve this stage of training.

*Using workout tools:-
Make any exercise easier or harder by using the support provided by any tool (resistance band or weight vest).

Keep in mind to choose the right progression for your goal.

For learning a skill, choose a hard but not too hard progression.

If you can do alot of reps of any exercise, choose a harder progression method.

I know bands sometimes get a bad rap, but with a strangely long torso I've found them to be super helpful for planche and front lever work. A light band for smoothing out a muscle up transition can also work really well! Great vid guys! 🙏
