Also, when at the gym, it's good to make "power sounds" to help exert yourself. That's why I scream on treadmills.

Ugh I love this guy. Haven’t been able to work out because of a two month long migraine and have gained 10 lbs, but his videos make me feel like not all my progress is lost and I can get back into it.

I literally never work out, I just try to do everyday stuff with a good range of motion/form to keep my body capable of easily doing things I do regularly. All of these tips still apply. You often give advice that is relevant even for someone like me, who never does a "proper workout" 👍

Sleeping is soooo true. I was consistently exercising for 3 weeks but not much sleep. Then when i got sick i couldn't exercise so i slept more. And when i woke up, my biceps seemed to be bigger and i could do push ups
