Im starting to think that Daniel has the perfect physique. Not too big of a physique, not too small of a physique, just perfect. Also, I love that FitnessFAQs Hoodie.

Daniel doesn’t know how to make a bad video

This video def has changed my outlook on bands. I def thought they were exclusively for beginners but I can see def that they are helpful for mastering skills

Negatives and Bands really helped me
At first i was very devastated of my progress and starts to thinking i couldn't do but i keep on doing what i have to do

And now I'm really feeling the strength and seeing some improvement 🔥

I like that you went straight into the video without the use of an unnecessary intro

Yes, this is 100% true. I learned the muscle up and the straddle front lever mostly with bands. But dont use them all the time, u still gotta perform the exercise without them

Daniel - you’re an absolute gem. God bless you and every lucky soul who are fortunate enough to pick up calisthenics in the same time period when you’re producing very helpful high quality content. I love you man

Wow so brave gives it away at the very beginning.
But thats why we love him. Honest, transparent, ...
(im referring to that a lot of the times what the title says is "hidden" somewhere near the second half of the video so that you "have to watch" and getting more view time this way so that youtube puts your video in front of more people)

This is what I needed because some people on Youtube say that resistance bands are bad for static skills. I know I can trust you because you are The doctor of calisthenics.

Could you do a video talking about how/ when to train skills? Like how many sets and exercises and when to train skills

I like how you start talking straight about the subject with 0 BS intro stuff to make the video longer

Again, great insight into achieving ones goals, I would never had thought of using bands. You changed my perception of them. Thanks

Yeah, reality is tough. I've started using band recently and can see some progress at last! To be realistic about one's level is really hard... Thanks Daniel 👍🔥👌

Wow...thank you so much. I have a couple of resistance bands at home and I never have considerated the idea of incorporating them in my trainings in the way I saw in this video. I surely don't care appearing weak, this is definitely worth quite a big shot

I can trust him with my life at this point, never been let down by his videos

I recently got me some big loop bands and I'm loving them. I wish I'd gotten them sooner.

Great video once again! Thanks for the inspiration!
One suggestion for video topic. How to combine/split lifting and calisthenics to a program? I for example really like training calisthenics, the way it improves my capability to move my own body, but I also simply love lifting heavy iron.
My current split is:
Day1_Barbel(Compound moves) - Day2(Rest) - Day3_Calisthenics Legs/Pullups/Handstand - Day4(Rest) - Day5_Calisthenics ABS/Back/Pushups - Day6(rest) - Day7 (Start again or rest).
But I'm not sure if this is even near optimal or should I for example 2 weeks only lifting and two weeks calisthenics only and so on. Or even combine lifting and calisthenics to same sessions.
