Oooohhhh, these feel soooo good!!!!😊 Did alot of damage to myself in my much, much younger years as a competition skater, barrel and cow roping, and motorcycle racing where I've fallen or landed from way up high in the air. Not real good for a female body😢 but I LOVE your easy to use stretch/strengthen exercises that actually HELPS YOU'RE HEAVEN SENT!!😇🙏

Asking for my pregnant daughter: can this be done while pregnant? She's 30-1/2 weeks pregnant, and has a lot of sciatic nerve pain because she's carrying so low.
