I’m 51, teach my kids from home and farm full time (with them). I’m not overweight but my body is struggling (especially in winter) with bending, lifting etc. We’ve started the ketogenic diet and feel better already. We grow much of our own food (fruits, vegetables and meat) and now we need to work on strengthening certain muscles. Farm work is hard and requires balance, endurance, strength etc. We’re in this for the long haul and these videos are perfect. Thanks!!

CONSISTENCY IS KEY. Hey, another good video. Im still onto your channel as previous excercise had helped me. Im having this ACL and leg muscle spasm thing after an motorcycle accident. Apart from therapist, I did exactly the excercise from one of your video, of course consistently till today.Thank you sir.😅

Thanks for these great ideas! I was having major sciatica pain and hardly able to walk long distances, without pain. I have been doing stretches and they’ve helped so much. These exercises will help me now that I can’t do my normal leg/an workout!

I was at my wits end. I can’t live like this. The pain is too much. Then I saw your video and I did get some relief. Enough to change my depressing mood. I realized that consistency of these exercises is a must. I had sciatica 8 years ago for one year, and it just went away. This time it came back with a vengeance. I still don’t know what I did to bring this back on to myself.

Ty for this, I am a truck driver. I have lower back pain daily, I just recently got horrible pain down left leg. Also feels hot, burning feeling. I use to have this, but lost weight. It went away, but lower back mostly works when I wake up, and feels better after I move around. I put on 10 pounds, and now leg pain again. Gonna start my intermediate fasting, and keto. I am gonna try these stretches. Although I am in a truck bunk, hopefully I can still do these over the road. Tina

I’m in SoCal and often see surfing classes take place on the beach. The instructors have the students do the “swimmers” exercise all the time. I guess once my sciatica is gone, my body will be primed to go hit some waves! 🧐 (says this 60 year old gal)
