IMPORTANT: Please read this first. This session can be a regular morning routine or a time to concentrate on releasing any tension or emotions. You will notice it’s not really different from any other mouth breathing session but the choice is yours, and it's all about your intention for the session. If you're holding onto anger or any other feelings, become aware of that while actively breathing during each round. Breathe deeply through your mouth, directing your breath towards that anger, doubt, or worry. If you experience any strong emotions during the session, don't hesitate to express them with loud sounds or even a scream. It's a beautiful way to let go. Pay close attention to that emotion or feeling as you continue breathing deeply, bringing it to the surface. Then, when you hold your breath, fully let go, transitioning into a calm and receptive state. Approach each round with this intention, focusing entirely on your inhale and feeling safe to express yourself in any way. This helps engage the part of the nervous system that holds onto our emotional baggage. During the meditation at the end, surrender by breathing slowly and calmly through your nose. With that said, this session can also be just another fun session to fill up your cup and feel good. That’s the beauty of Breathwork.

This is my first time trying breath work! I’ve tried meditating before without the breath work and I’m in complete shock at how this completely silenced my mind (which usually runs rampant, when I try to meditate)! I also feel so refreshed and at peace after this video. This is insane!

This was vary emotional freeing an charged with vary strong feelings of letting go of the fear. To remember to breathe is to be completely alive the breathe in rhythms feels so deeply ingrained in my spirit. Almost like a horse at full clip.
