I learned this breath technique about 10 years back from a pain management specialist. I still use it daily as a way of eliciting calmness in my entire nervous system, body and mind [particularly in these stressful times]. It is a most effective technique, especially when used to clear the mind of worry prior to going to sleep. Highly recommend it.😊

I work in a call center, where I will be answering hundreds of call each day. By the time I finish my work I used to feel my lungs are aching. Thanks to this video, after stai doing this breathing exercise every day, I feel so good and even my blood pressure has come down. This is great.

Breathing exercises are valid ways of lowering stress, anxiety, panic attacks but also insomnia. 2:1 is one of my favourite!

This looks good, I really like to mix my breathwork routines up, and a nice calming breathing exercise is very needed.

Just what I needed thank you. Having lavender oil nearby and getting a wiff of it whilst doing this exercise helps to calm down as well

Hi! I am brand new to your channel and brand new to the concept of controlled breathing other than the basic forcing it to slow down, deepen, belly breathing, be aware of your breathing etc. I don't know a single anything about it. I tried a beginner Wim Hof and almost passed out (not one from here). I'm trying to manage depression, anxiety, chronic pain, thunderstorm induced ptsd (due to a major accident), and basically not flipping out on my young children. I have exercise induced asthma and was born with severely underdeveloped lungs. I feel like my ability to move oxygen generally sucks. Anyway, sorry for being long winded (haha). I'm going to try this one later.

Thank you so much for all the wonderful videos you post! Have you ever tried inhaling for 10, holding 10 and exhaling for 10 seconds? It’s another great technique that Paramahansa Yogananda taught and recommended practicing for 3-5 mins prior to meditating

If this breathwork had 10/15 minuts of. Meditation with music in the end, that would be outstanding (just like others)

Words simply can not describe how helpful to me Forwago is. It completely changed the way I think and feel about everyday things. This program is too good and it is too bad that many people don't know about it.
