Thank you so much, Sandy! I am recovering and healing after a very frightening period of anxiety. Breathwork is not something that i am familiar with, and wanted to try it out. I found this video and have been doing it everyday for a few weeks. It is changing the way that I breathe, and allowing my nervous system to heal.
