Othership is your new mindfulness routine. Embark on a journey to regulate your nervous system — and your emotions — in a world that can’t be regulated.

Today it’s extremely common, to never experience full-blown, life- threatening stress, but to never fully relax either. Our nervous system is stuck in an in-between state half-stimulated and our organs aren’t able to rest. Chronic stress creates communication problems for the nervous system

This is a video exercise to teach you to consciously turn on heavy stress for short bursts, specifically so that we can turn it off and spend the rest of our days and nights relaxing and restoring. We’ll be giving our nervous system a full reset.

- Please do not perform breathwork while pregnant. Some of the styles and holds are dangerous for mother and baby.
- Check with your doctor before you start a breathwork practice, if you have a history of epilepsy or cardiovascular issues, including high blood pressure, or are currently taking antipsychotic medications.
- Never perform breathwork while driving or in water.
- Breathwork has the potential to bring about intense feelings. Because of the strong physical and emotional releases that may arise, it’s not recommended for everyone. Please talk to your doctor before practicing.
- Additionally, some types of breathwork can induce hyperventilation, which can bring on dizziness, chest pain, and pounding heartbeat.
- It is common for your body to undergo physiological changes while doing breathwork; body temperature fluctuation, numbness and tingling in your arms and legs, tightness in your hands. Do not worry, this will all return back to normal as your breath does.

It amazes me that everytime I get to the meditation and I start to repeat "I don't really know what will happen" tears start flowing down my checks, and I can start to feel my body panicking because I don't really know. I do this practice every day now and its life-changing 🙏❤️

This video has been a life saver. I've had a lot of trauma in my life and it really messed up my nervous system. I am quick to react to small things and get stressed out too easily. I started to do this video and I have noticed a huge difference. Thank you so much!! I really don't think I would be doing good as I am if it wasn't for this video ❤️🙏

I just got out a long term relationship and I've been having a whole week where I've just been feeling completely emotional and unable to control my thoughts. I was already having cold showers but I still wanted to keep trying to hone in my mental stability and anxiety while I'm going through this period. I vaguely remember seeing some breathing work on tiktok so I decided to look it up. This is the first video I came across.

I've done this 2 days in a row now. Not only has my anxiety and emotional instability dropped 10 fold, I feel legitimately better then I've felt for the previous 6 months. I normally wouldn't comment on anything but this technique is so good. If you read this, I highly recommend it. Legitimately can't see myself going a day without it now.

I went into this going "Eh I probably don't need this" -it wasn't until I started sobbing during the fast breath I realized how much my body truly needed this. I'll absolutely be doing this daily from now on.

I don’t usually comment on post but wow what an experience that was. So much of my life has been this constant pursuit to know, because if I know then I can anticipate the pain or I can only do the things that make me feel good. Never allowing myself any rest. So many years of anxiety and depression all born from the need to know everything. I didn’t realize the connection this had in my relationships with my inability to trust others no matter how I tried. It crazy how “I don’t know” as a phrase in itself can be the most comforting thing or the most terrifying. I don’t know without trust in your source or your higher power is the soil that fear plants it’s roots. But today I experienced the bliss of what it is to not know but to be full with trust. My life has felt like tragedy after tragedy especially as of late and I’ve been trying to fill in the blanks of why all these things have been happening, making connections that may not necessarily fit. Today I can say I finally know what peace feels like and it hilariously simple. Finding comfort in those 3 words “I DON’T KNOW” Thank you for bringing to my center

I have cptsd and am trying to heal my trauma. I’ve been struggling meeting my meditation goals as it’s hard for me to just sit and listen while my mind races. Thank you for this breath work video which soothed my nervous system while also giving me something to do. I did this video after being so triggered I had to call the emergency mental health line. I immediately followed that call with this video. Thank you, thank you, thank you❤
