Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)

I'm gonna update every day:
day one: it hurt so bad and my sister kept making it worse lol and it hurt my shoulder, head, and neck more than anything
day two- it burned all right, somehow worse than yesterday.
day three- it felt a little easier to do, but those last couple of workouts i had to take a break lol.
day four- I felt the burn and can see progress
day five- didn't burn as bad, and can see results again
day six- WOAH that burned but i did it with only one break.
day seven- skipped bc i wasnt feeling good
day eight- it was very easy to do today

I'm gonna start this workout from today and let's see the results. I will share the results with you guys here on everyday basis.
Day 1st '7th, January, 2023' : Done ✔ (it was kinda hard 😅 but still I did it, it is only 6 minutes so let's get it)
Day 2nd '8th, January, 2023' : Done ✔ (I was okay yesterday all day but when I woke up today, I had muscles pain and that was when I found some exercises hard to do but i still did it)
Day 3rd ' 9th, January, 2023' : Done ✔ (I could really feel my upper abs burning, it was kinda hard to do one exercise with upper abs in pain but was very good)
Day 4th '10th, January, 2023' : Done ✔ (it was easy to do today. I did not had any muscles pain or anything. Just 10 days left, YAY!!!)
Day 5th '11th, January, 2023' : Done ✔ (the exercises were super easy today. I'm getting used to it)
Day 6th '12th, January, 2023' : Done ✔ (the exercises were so easy today, just 8 days left)
Day 7th '13th, January, 2023': Done ✔ (the exercises were easy, I'll do it for 7 more days, as for the results so yeah I see a change on my stomach, my upper abs are fully formed and as for the lower, I see a change)
Day 8th '14th January, 2023' : Done ✔ (I see a change and the exercises were easy today)
Day 9th '15th January, 3032' : Done ✔ ( i see more change, seems like my abs are forming)
Day 10th '16th January, 2023' : Done ✔ ( a line is formed so the abs could be seen soon)
Day 11th '17th January, 2022' : Done ✔ (i can see my abs but it is not so clear yet)
Day 12th ' 18th January, 2023' : Done ✔ (my abs are little more clear amd i can do the exercise twice at a time, like if i do it one time then after 1 minute break i can do it again)
Day 13th '19th January, 2023' : Done ✔ (My abs can be seen now, I did it for 2 weeks but still wanna do it everyday because the results are good and i want my abs to be more tighter.
So this was it. I will still do this workout everyday to get a more better result. All i wanna say is that this workout is affective and you can actually get abs after 2 weeks.

Day 1:✅️ the burn was absolutely crazy
Day 2:✅️ i cant even do the modification of the last one im that weak
Day 3:✅️ the same as usual

Ok ive been off and on with any ab workouts but its almost summer and im trying to get a 6 pack at 14 so imma log it on here

Night one: felt the burn on some but was really easy

morning one: burned pretty good

Night 2: was tons easier even tho i didnt wanna do it(seeing results already but i already had abs just needed to get them back)

(took a one day break)

Night 3: Done! pretty easy now

Night 4: barely felt a burn so adding another 5-8 minute abs workout and doing it

(Rest day)

Night 5: didnt burn a lot. (added a leg and glutes workout, and doing the second abs i added last time)

Night 6: didnt hurt to badly, seeing good results(my sugar was low so i had to eat stuff after this workout, but im still doing the other one)

(took a 2 day break)

Night 7: super bloated(ate way to much today). done ✅ still doing the other one to

Night 8: felt so unmotivated but did it and it did burn. (adding a different workout to try cause the other one dose not burn very well)

Night 9: (usually this would be my rest day but I’m going on a trip tomorrow so that will be my rest day). ✅ barely felt a burn(changed the other workout to another one of hers)

Rest day x2 (had a long day and was super tired)

night 10: (have school tomorrow and ortho) barely any burn to easy! now to the other one

Ok guys ive added another chart above this comment but this workout definitely helped me stay active and it showed good abs but if you stay consistent and work hard you will see a lot of improvements! i do suggest adding more workouts as you get stronger it will speed things up!! ❤

Hey everyone! I’m going to try this for fourteen day two times a day; let’s see what results I get:
Day one: ✅ done! It made me sweat and worked out parts of my core I’ve never worked out to before; over all, it was really great and I did it twice

OH MY… ive been on and off a lot of workouts but i haven’t done this workout im maybe a month and im super bloated and needing a refresher so we are gonna start this up agin and chart down how it goes
Night one: ✅ barely wanted to do it but did it and it burned farely well 😅
Night two: ✅ barely a burn felt nice
(didnt do for 3 days bc bad a game for 2 and was to tired 1)
Night 3: ✅ definitely not been bloating as much
(didnt do a few days bc games and was exhausted from practice)
night 4: had practice today and was so hot done tho ✅
