I reduced 7 kg in 22 days. My diet is morning 15 black rasins and 1 cup green tea 6 am, 7 am start walking 4kms, 1km running, breakfast 1 cup oats by 10am, 12 noon 1 glass water melon juice mixed with 1 cup chia seeds, 1.30pm 1 Chappati, cucumber salad with apple vinegar, 1pcs chicken grilled, 2 egg whites, evening 4.30pm 1cup black coffee with 10 almonds, night 7.30 pm 1 green apple.

Nice video! If you want to lose fat without losing muscle, lifting weights is the way to go.
