I love that he mentioned specifically that no calorie count provided because food is much more than calorie count. Amazing content indeed. His information about drinking warm water in between meals is golden. Every must drink warm water. I lost 7 kgs last month doing just that.

I was kind of skinny as a kid and early teens and almost my adulthood and people body shammed me that I need to put some weight, get some fat... I was healthy, i was not ailing, but this body shamming literally affected me. I started feeling less confident. I kind of went into my own shell. Later after mrg and having a baby, I became heavy. It was the postpartum weight and it will anyways shed after one year, but the same people who called me skinny came to me and said about losing weight and that i should be fit. I literally laughed at such people. So guys, if any one who has faced issues like me, do remember if you are fit and healthy mentally and physically, you dont have to worry. Please don't fall prey to body shaming. Just stay confident and healthy for yourself. Cuz its about you not people around you.

This diet changed my life. Followed it as sincerely as I could for 6 weeks. Amazing results. I lost about 8 kilos. It’s not just the weight loss I’m impressed with. This diet has helped me get rid of body cramps and fatigue. My sleep quality too has improved a lot after I have started eating just soup or veggies at night.
It has been more than a month since I completed the six weeks. Never going back to my junk eating habits ever again.
