Sir apki har video boht informative hai but apko weight loss ki baat karne time products ke bare mein bhi kuch share karna chahiye jaise kuch log dieting vagera nahi kar pate to unke liye grassy life boht effective hai and kuch logo ka budget kam hota hai to ayurslim bhi achi option hai halka slow still nice .. so that har insan ka case apki video mein cover ho sake because har insan ke liye time par khana possible nahi and apko weight gain par bhi aur videos jrur publish karni chahiye 🙏🏻 hamara bhi weight loss ke related ye channel hai and ham apse boht kuch seekhte hai sir, please hamari suggestion ko bad way mein mat lijiyega 😇

Warm water after you wake up
20 mins strength training + 10 mins of abs and cardio.
Breakfast : masala oats (homemade) 1:24.
Lunch : raita + roti + black channa 2:59.
Chew and eat slowly, itll keep you full longer.
Eve snack : 3-4 dry figs, 1 fruit, 10 almonds
Dinner : vegetable salad + a big bowl of dal 5:00

Drink a glass of water in bed.
Breakfast :- masala oats make it with 70 gm of panneer.
Lunch :- after 4-5 hrs. Meanwhile if hungry you can have one fruit and green tea.
1 wheat roti, 1 cup soaked black chana sabzi, curd raita

Evening snack : fig, almond, one fruit

Dinner : bowl of mix dal, vegetable salad.
Avoid roti rice
If still feel hungry one cup of haldi milk

I followed exact same quantity and same recipe for my diet for 1 month along with some exercises. And I have reduced 12 KG..
Started from 26th November (101kg) to 30th December (88.3kg).

Warm water with lemon
Exercise
Oats 8:00 am
Warm water or green tea along with any kind of fruit (before next meal)
Roti along with any sort of light sabji or daal
Almonds+ any fruit you like 5-5:30 pm
Mixed daal + vegetable salad 8-8:30pm
Haldhi ka dudh before going to sleep

Reasons why I can't follow diet and exercise:-
1) mom will be like :- pagal tu mota nhi h, abhi teri umar hi kaha h
2) papa will be :- padhai m itana interest dikhata toh acha hota
3) siblings will be :- kya baat h, kisko pata raha h ....
4) friends will be :- aree acha dikhta h tu ye sab chor chal chole bhatore khate h
5) I love my morning sleep and I ain't compromising with that.
Also people often say that when you do gym a good healthy diet is necessary, take steroids and proteins but people who are from Bihar and UP are blessed with the fact that our moms food is enough for this. 🤗

If u r indian, this comment might be relatable to you. When you start dieting, your family ( especially mother ) does not supports you. They always say that u r fat but when you start dieting, they don't let you do. When you ask your mom to wake you up at 5am morning, she wakes you up at 12 am. She complains your father that you are not eating properly. And finally, you end up stopping your diet.
