1.remove high calorie dense foods(eg.nuts, peanut butter) have vegetables.
2. increase your protein intake
3. smaller spoon. use it everytime.
4. have tons of water.
5. Black coffee. (occasionally, diet sodas)
6. Intermittent fasting.
7. choose your carbs sources correctly, prefer complex carbs over simple.

9) remove high calorie dense foods like peanut butter.. they have low volume and more calories
Instead eat vegetables..salad..which have low calories and high values
8) increase proteins intake to increase thermogenic effect and body burns more calories to digest protein
6) increase water intake and its important for weight loss.. if u want to loss weight.. Increase water intake ( 4-5L)
5) black coffee
1) 10 minutes walk : after every meal..walk for 10 min
5 meals k liye 5 baar 10 mins walk
